After months of looking for a TT that would safely work, I have solved our dilemma. Yesterday I placed an order for a 2020 RAM 3500 Laramie diesel. We decided we wanted to go the 5th wheel route after looking through the trailer lots. Dealer says six to eight weeks for delivery.

We're looking at a 2019 Jayco White Hawk 32KBS . There are smaller versions of the White Hawk that we'll probably end up going with. Sucks that we can't even go look at them right now. All the dealerships are closed due to COVID.

Anything that we take with us will most probably stored in the trailer itself, so in the vehicle itself it will be my fat *** at 220lbs, my wife at 118lbs, and the dog at 50lbs. The trailer were most interested in has a GVW of 7500lbs and a tongue weight of 785lbs.

Sticker say max cargo payload is 1221lbs. It will be just my wife and I and we generally travel light because I hate packing and unpacking. Probably a couple bicycles at the most for recreation, may be a small grill depending on TT options.

I've had my screen lock with back up cam on. I did the same thing you did, in regards to shutting the truck down etc. Second time it happened, I pressed the voice command button after the beep, I told it to view the map which it did and it unlocked my system.

One of my bikes fell from its overhead storage into the bed of my truck. It looks like the brake lever punched a hole into the plastic tailgate cover. Anyone know of an after market dress up piece or the part number for the factory cover to replace this one?

My chrome deflector came with silver screws. You can see them, but they are not too bad.

I've had the truck for a month now, but haven't had to the time to use a polish (like a clay bar) pad and get a coat of wax on it.

I don't mind the screws too much. I just hope they do not rust over time.

So I just installed the Mopar bug deflector. It looks odd with exposed s crews. I've installed bug deflectors before, but have never had one look like this before. Anyone else install this item before and does it look the same way?
