@Draw007 Is that the NV Base 2? Does the tailgate contact the rack when flat and/or tilted down? I just used my NV 1.0 for the first time on my new truck and it hits in both positions. Didn't have that problem on my Tacoma. I love the NV but am thinking of getting something else because of this.

Good point! I suppose that's not that much water. I mostly wanted to point out that how many gallons a system claims it can de-ionize is often not accurate and depends on your water.

I can't speak to using it to wash my truck...but I do use DI and RO water every day for my window cleaning business. The biggest factor for how long the resin inside any DI system will last is the TDS of the water you're using. And that varies greatly depending on location, well vs city water...

I have a 2-week old Bighorn and noticed a slice in the fabric very low on the seat back. You couldn't even see it until I reclined the seat way down to vacuum, thus why we never noticed it at delivery. Brought it back to the dealer and they immediately told me it will be fixed under warranty...

@HLE64 Not sure if you're still looking for info, but I had my TracRac SR put on my 2019 6'4" bed on Saturday. The place I use said the previous gen parts work fine and they had already installed a number of them before mine. I obviously can't help with installation tips/tricks since they did...
