I went from a 2006 2500 quad cab 4x4 to a 2023 rebel 1500 4x4 .....both 5.7. Hemi ......and i am thrilled with the new truck !!!!!!!!.....I now have @18,000 miles on it ....200,000 on the 2006 ....one of the biggest differences is ofcourse the ride quality....the rebel is significantly better !!!

This is my 1968 charger , I purchased it from the original owner back in 1994 for $600 and I have been driving ever since then ,every chance I get ....its a 318 car all original its rough and by no means a pretty show car .....but it's a fun "driver " that I enjoy and don't have to worry about...

Try moving both plugs from the misfiring cyc to another cyc and clear your code and drive , see if the misfire "followed " or not .....then you will at least have a starting point

If I am not mistaken, I think that 0w20 only comes in full synthetic from all brands ...so you don't have much choice

I put a borla s-type on my hemi rebel and love it !!!! It sounds great at start up awesome at full throttle , yet very mellow at a cruise on the highway, to the point that you almost forget it has an exhaust on it ...no drone at all
