Welcome to the forum from one old guy to another. You're likely to get more answers/suggestions than you bargained for, but since you asked I can tell you what things are deal breakers for us. Although most of them would require a higher trim level than the Big Horn. And since I will never...
Congrats! Enjoy your truck and be sure to perform regular maintenance. The mileage is getting up there but plenty of people have seen well over 200k miles with the Hemi. But it would probably be a good idea to set some money aside each month in case you have issues down the road.
When you say cargo rails are you meaning the utility rails? If so, be aware that there are two different versions of utility rails. For most aftermarket bed covers you will need the silver utility rails. The black rails are for use with the factory bed covers.
$75 is a decent price for them...
My time is worth more than what it would cost to just have a local body shop repaint the tailgate. I'd go that route if it were me and forget dealing with the dealership BS.
Something doesn’t sound right here. Are you saying you pointed this out to them before signing any paperwork? Any time I’ve found something like that before actually buying the vehicle I make sure it gets written into the sales paperwork. Basically I don’t buy it if that doesn’t happen. Why...
I've used several different pedal controllers, and I prefer the Banks unit. It's not the cheapest, but it's pretty much the same price as the Pedal Commander many people recommend. The thing you need to know about throttle controllers is most are powered by the throttle pedal connector. This...
If you suspect the aftermarket intake is causing at least some of this why not stick the stock intake back on and see if there is a difference in how it feels to you? The stock intake is a factory CAI. If you are pulling in air from the hot engine bay you are doing nothing to help the engine...
The 2020 Laramie did have the ORG (Off Road Group). In fact the ride quality of her Rebel is part of why I upgraded from the 2017 Rebel I had at the time to the 2020 Laramie.
My point is that ride quality in the Rebel should be better than the OP is describing. If it’s not the roads there’s a...
It’s either the roads you’re driving on or you have a problem with your truck. My daughter’s 2019 Rebel rode nearly as well as any of the three 5th gens we’ve owned (2020 Limited, 2020 Laramie, 2021 Limited).
People like what they like. Personally, I won't buy a Ram 1500 without the Rambox option. Every Ram 1500 we've owned since 2009 has had them. It would be like buying pants with no pockets at this point LOL.
Did you add it to the cart? The price is shown as $197.58 for the new starter, but when I added it to the cart the price changed to $272.58 because of the $75 core charge. Add in shipping and it's over $300. Not sure if you can turn the old one in at a local dealership for a core refund or if...
