The part numbers are in the lift kit installation instructions. The uca are identical other than more travel in the ball joint. I have them on my truck now which is stock ride height. Camber, alignment, etc. all checks out
There might be shenanigans at the parts bin. I got the Mopar lift ucas from RockAuto, funny thing is they are less than half the price of a regular uca. $65 instead of $170

There are two different OEM upper control arms, "regular" and the ones included with the Mopar lift kit which look identical other than more travel in the ball joint. I didn't verify this but some claim the Mopar lift uca's are also the same as air suspension
Mine are like that. I spray penetrantating oil once a month where the stub goes in, hopefully that keeps the rust at bay. I'd like to drill a hole and install a grease zerk instead
Could have had a new rear window at some point (seats have to come out), might have even left the factory that way. Hard to tell from the pic but the paint doesn't seem to have any marring from a bolt or washer
I'd question the oil change technician rather than the housing. I've changed the oil on a few 3.6 V6 over the years and housing has never been an issue. The O ring in the filter housing completes the seal, no need to crank on it as some like to do with oil filters
