Is this really the situation? I have a 2021 with the 8.4" screen. I haven't had any NAV updates done that aren't over-the-air. There is a new road near my home that isn't in the current database (it is in Google/Waze maps).
Do we need to bring these to the dealer for nav database updates?
This really is a frustrating issue. It had gotten so bad, I rarely connect the phone via USB cable. But yesterday, I had a long drive and really needed to use Waze.
Sometimes Android Auto is stable for hours. Other times, it drops out repeatedly over the course of several minutes...
UPDATE BUMP
FYI: I had the $60 + fees "promotional" annual package (about $77 total). I received a bill in the mail advising that my promotional package was near expiration and I would be billed $17.99 + fess ($21.84/month) moving forward.
I simply went to the SiriusXM site, started a chat...
Interesting. I live in central FL and haven't had much issue fueling my 2021 33 gallon tank. But at the end of November 2021, I road tripped to Georgia and the near inability to fuel the truck was maddening.
I assumed there was some difference in the fueling nozzles at Georgia gas stations...
Made it 10 years on my previous Silverado with no damage to the windshield. I've had the 2021 Ram for a year and got a chip, right in my line of site, last week. Just lucky, I guess :(
I haven't contacted Progressive yet. The truck has the technology package with the HUD, so the windshield...
I've had wheels repaired that were so bent, a tire couldn't be seated.
That wheel will be one of the least challenging wheels Glenn's would encounter on a day to day basis. Gouges are repaired by adding aluminum where needed and grinding to shape.
They will make it look new.
That's a 1 on a difficulty scale of ten for any competent wheel repair shop (1 being easiest).
Surfnurse311 is in Tampa. Glenn's Wheel Polishing will make that wheel look new.
Just remove them and have them powder coated. It takes 30 seconds to remove each exhaust tip. Any competent powder coating shop can remove the chrome with sand/media blasting and powder coat for under $100 in one business day.
I did a sh*t done of reading about the Mopar lift when I ordered my truck more than a year ago and kind of lost interest but I thought I'd read that the Mopar 2" lift, if installed as packaged, retains the factory rake?
I guess so, but having never dealt with SiriusXM previously, I anticipated a better follow-on offer based on reading so many comments in these threads advising never to accept their first offer.
The subscription that came with my 2021 when new is about to expire. I barley listen to it so I really don't care whether I have it but I texted customer care to see what they would offer. Earlier this summer, I had paid a couple of dollars for a three month trial of "Platinum" service. I...
I don't do a ton of highway miles and I have no comparative experience with other AT tires but with that said, I don't notice any excessive road noise and the tires feel very surefooted.
They looks great and at this point, I'd have no hesitation in buying them again.
The truck is at the dealer because of the poor FM reception (and two other warranty issues). The dealer has acknowledged the poor reception and is offering no corrective action. The response from the service manager is "...they checked connections, checked for any fault codes, updates, or...
