I’m wondering if you have the dash or interior lights turned all the way on which, if I recall correctly, prevents the radio from dimming. There’s a little click you’ll feel between full bright and bright all the time for the dash/interior lights.

There is actually a radio module separate from the screen. If they haven’t replaced the actual module then I would suggest you mention that to them. The screen only displays what’s sent to it.

What iOS and what radio software version are you running? There’s instructions in this thread on how to find it under settings.
Have you tried deleting the truck from the phone and the phone from the truck. Then reconnect the phone to the truck and allowing CarPlay again.
Updating software as it’s been said over and over will not be possible. Replacement of the radio module and other components is what they are attempting.
Anyone else notice that volume settings(except for radio) aren’t saved from previous settings? I’ve set my navigation volume under both vehicle audio settings and profile audio settings. When I restart the vehicle the settings are back to default.
