dang how much that machine costs...
wait actually, I don't even want to know lol I want a 3D printer, 3D scanner, and a CNC machine first... well I did. looked at the pricing and walked away LOL
i probably said this before somewhere but the only reason I went Fox 2.5 DSC was because of no ETA on Kings at the time of me ordering parts. I was in a rush to get everything setup and dialed in within 6 months of ordering the truck LOL and I probably said this before, but if Don had the Kings...
i heard ADS are fine and not much to write about lol
but then the guys telling me ADS are fine are the guys with 2500 and 3500 with 3.0, 4.0 Thuren King shocks and bypasses and trussed axles lol
personally I probably only rode on ADS once or twice and it was so uneventful I don't even remember...
hahaha thanks but I'm the wiring guy at the shop... I'm too cheap to buy prebuilt wires :ROFLMAO:
honestly I've never thought of using other colors than red and black lol
Forgot to post:
With the new spring rates, here are my current settings:
On pavement:
L: 1 click (Front)
H: 1 click (Front)
L: Max (rear)
H: Max (rear)
Off pavement slow speed trails:
same as on pavement.
Off pavement high speed trails:
L: 3-5 clicks (front)
H: 5 clicks (front)
L: Max (rear)...
see my above reply.
my recommendation would be save your money and buy the off-the-shelf ones and use that saved $1000 for some baja designs... or beer. lots of beer. or ammo.
not a fan of accutune. (long story short: friend ordered Accutune King back in 2021. Sales rep would NOT sell him the most aggressive tune despite friend telling sales rep he NEEDED the most aggressive tune, even describing what he's doing with the truck - desert high speed runs. Friend settled...
maybe he has but most likely he's old school like it's 1989.
i did the SoCal- Alaska - Tuktoyaktuk - Banff - Glacier - Yellowstone - Grand Teton - SoCal solo last year. one driver, one truck, no manuel (printed or digital).
not ONCE did I need the manual... let me just say that... if you don't...
now sir, that IS glamping!
I've been thinking about the Jayco Sprinter... or dive into the Fuso world and build a complete custom habitat.
i just need parking space 🤦♂️
the world's first boogiefuso :ROFLMAO:
yeah check the wiring. but then also i've heard alpharex tends to go bad on the ram DT applications more than others, especially for those people who wheel hard.
yeah Don may give you a earful on the discounts part, just giving you a headsup haha
but still better than going through some middleman internet sales who thinks he knows everything though but doesn't (yeap he here on the forum too)
no reason for them to work fine for a few weeks and all of sudden stop working as intended.
check your work. there's probably a loose wire or a loose resistor connection.
just do the full thuren stuff all at once lollll
send them an email see if they'll hook you up since you're buying everything all together. but tbh i have yet to find the need for rear arms and panhard bars.
and i highly doubt the EVO will hit the Ram setup... the sales volume is not there for...
