Sirius/XM Radio is a separate thing. You can cancel it and keep RamConnect and other stuff if you want. I've let everything lapse on mine, and the nav still works. I don't get real time traffic alerts or other services that require Internet, but I have a smart phone that will do that anyway.

Funny, but that will barely do level 2 charging. To be practical, you'll need more like a Cat trailer to make level 3. These might even be optional accessories on the CyberTruck. 😜

Don't know what brand tools you have. Mine are all Makita and I got their 12V charger that plugs into a lighter socket. That works well for one battery at a time. If you need more or must have AC, then yes an inverter wired direct to the vehicle battery. I'll guess 600 Watts or larger, will...

Page 75 in my manual, and yeah it just latches the underseat storage in the closed position. Pretty sturdy for no more than it does, though. You probably could use it for a grocery tiedown, or something.
