My truck has 12k miles on it and the bumper needs repainting badly. My 18 sport has 24k miles on it and only 2 chips in the front bumper. It's embarrassing when someone walks up to compliment my brand new truck and says "wow your bumper has taken a beating"
They actually aren't on in the picture. Must just be the way the sun is hitting
I had a chance to get my wheels on and a fresh coat of wax last weekend
The first issue I had on my 3/4 ton was the welds on one of the lower control arms cracked. RC stepped up and replaced it no questions. The other issue I had was with the track bar drop bracket. Yet again they corrected the issue without problem. But since then I've used Carli and thuren parts...

I cheaped out a few years back and put a 6"rough country kit on my 3/4 ton. Fought issues with it for about a year and a half before pulling it back off and going with a full Carli kit. I think in my older age now I've learned to spend once and be done right. Not saying rough country is all...
I'm running 22x10 -18 wheels with 305 45r22's on my truck. I leveled the truck with links as it's air ride but should give you a bit of an idea. I honestly enjoy the ride alot. I also own a lifted 2500 that would rattle the teeth out of you. But I've had multiple people ride in my 1500 and...
Honestly the quality of the rough country kit is the biggest down fall. I've been waiting patiently to see if any better known companies will be dropping a kit.
I definitely wouldn't leave the tires that are on it now if I went 5". I'm very surprised there aren't many more people that have tried the kit yet considering how much talk before it was released. I'm so torn because I love the way the truck rides right now but the new 5th gens look awesome...
I've been so torn between leaving my truck with just the leveling kit or trying out the 5" rough country kit. I'm really not a fan of RC. I've had and still have some high end lifts through out some of my older trucks. Here is a quick pic of what it looks like now. I've been trying to wait...
Confirmed that my setup works. Put about 250 miles on them yesterday and flawless. Zero rubbing. Probably the smoothest tires I've ever ridden on. About half dozen people came up to compliment the setup.
