I have 22's but don't know the specifics of trading out. A tire/wheel shop would be a good start. If you had the $ and the storage space a set of winter wheels would be nice though a decent AT should get you both ways.
Blue Ox and Pro Pride are pretty top of the line.
There's others as well, you may not need the higher class hitch/sway systems with your stated weights and usage.

Not much sidewall on 22’s but its not like you have tons of choices…
I’m more concerned with a 32’ trailer and how that affects the overall tow experience. Seems like “tail wagging the dog” even if its not driving fast or too far.

A cheap 20-30 watt panel could do the same for him. He could suction cup it to the roof. I had both of those sizes to keep a 70 amp rv battery going that just sat outside, the 20 was a bit small so I switched to a 30. Always use a charge controller with it, voltages from a panel are too high...
Going in the right direction... bringing that and a plain old hemi back perhaps as well.
