Most 4w or awd drivers forget that physics and braking isn't the same as 4w traction... Gets em' every time as they exceed same speeds based on conditions.
Just saw this show up in the p lot. Not sure if it's a lease or a purchase. RST trim, MSRP 97K+. for a 25’. Paper plates from the dealer so likely is a 2025.
Has 24" rims and Michelin load range E tires stock! 🤔. Spendy truck.

Resale is a plus with 4x, even when it's not in an area needing 4x, they just sell quicker. Other advantage is when on a trip you are never quite sure of weather conditions. I made a trip across I-40 and a quick winter storm blew through. Instead of waiting it out at a motel, I pushed on...
I think you did ok.
My local dealer is only offering 7500 incentives on in stock 25’s, he still orders them all with the 26 gallon tank and P tires despite 3.9 gearing… like peeps want to tow with P tires and a 26 gallon tank.
I also noted delivery is $1995 now. Keeps going up and up.
Also concerning is the question of the (future) hemi vs Hurricane sales in MY 26’ and beyond. The fewer hemis sold (presuming they may still use e-torque), the fewer parts in inventory since the Hurricane isnt using that system.
With et being mandated from 23-24 plus all of them optioned from...
Can always get an aftermarket stiffer coil, perhaps progressive, to help with the towing squat. (For non a/s owners).
Better a 2500 6.4 for payload and towing ease but it's an upgrade most don't want to do.
With the investment in the Hurricane, they will very likely keep it. Ford has both motors as well, they recognize that the V8 has too many adherents to drop it. GM now has the little turbo 4 plus their V8’s so its just Toyota and RAM. (I figure Nissan is out of the full sized truck game.)
It does reduce gas mileage sure. Evidently from the popularity of lifts and bigger wheels/tires, its an acceptable tradeoff for the look.
Simply adding heavier tires/wheels doesn’t kill suspension components. There’s going to be additional wear and stresses though.
More weight (big tires)...
I watched a YT powerstrokehelp.com vid awhile back (it is entitled “buyer beware Ford Powerstroke diesel” from 12 years ago) where the shop caught an F350 for a customer, it had been used to transport and the 1st owner/cheat had removed the entire interior as well as rolling the mileage back. He...
