Bilstein 5100 in the back or coil spacers?

Yes I believe that's how most people do it. I got bilsteins for the front so just decided to get the rears also.

    Running with tail gate down

Sometime last year they got rid of the tailgate ajar warning. There is a thread somewhere on here. I know my level 2 bighorn has it listed on my build sheet(05/2020 build date) and I have also never seen any kind of tailgate ajar warning or icon in dash.

Realistic lift <=2" options (Bilstein vs Mopar)

The Off road group(package) has 1” taller springs front and back, and heavy duty shocks front and back. Both shocks and springs are different on the ORG than the non trucks.

Bilstein 5100 in the back or coil spacers?

I got a motofab 1" rear coil spacer, I'm going to install 5100 bilsteins at clip 5 in the front and 5100 in the rear with the motofab spacer. Should all be in this weekend. Will update after that. Install is straight forward, raise truck up and remove rear tires, unbolt lower bolt on shocks...

Hi everyone, this is Matt from B2 Fabrication

Attempted to install the resonator delete kit last night. Got passenger side half done, I could not get the joint to tighten up. I dont know if I have the wrong size clamp(heard this has been a problem) or if my impact driver isnt up to the task. I then used a 1/2" ratchet and tightened it as...

What did you do to your Ram today???

Looks great! I’m planning on doing mine this weekend. How long of a job was it? Any tips or tricks from the install?

Realistic lift <=2" options (Bilstein vs Mopar)

The ORG includes 1” higher springs and the shocks are the same length but my build sheet says extra heavy duty shocks. I can’t say for sure if that’s from the ORG or the Tow group.

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

    Really? Dang

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

I’ll swing by on the way home today and check that! Thanks!

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

Same tires, the only thing I quickly thought about was if the new tires were still overinflated from transport but hard to think they would all be the same 1” higher. 🤷‍♂️

Realistic lift <=2" options (Bilstein vs Mopar)

Yes you would be at “stock” height for an ORG truck, thus 1” taller than regular 4x4.

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

Yeah, I checked the tow hook and receiver hitch on mine and one of the new ones and new one was 1” taller on both ends. I’m truly baffled. I just hope I actually have the org springs in mine. I will say I noticed the difference immediately when I pulled next to the new ones.

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

Yeah checked those too, nothing. Stock org bighorns.

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

I did measure from ground. But I can’t believe the springs settle an inch!

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

Same wheels and same tires. I checked window stickers for lifts or levels. Didn’t see any listed. 🤔

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

    Nope, all coil springs.

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

That’s like mine, but after seeing those 21s tonight I’m baffled.

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

I can’t figure it out either. But all 3 of them were a definite 1” taller, almost identical trucks, mine has a few more options but I can’t see that weighing down the springs an 1”!

2021 ORG all taller than my 2020 ORG.

Thanks! Hoping someone with a stock org bighorn has some measurements I could compare to maybe.
