Everyone should try what 19Ramlimited and I did that work before they waste their time with the dealer. It will take no more than 30 mins of your time compared to the time wasted with multiple trips to the dealer.

I just went outside to inspect and it appears there is a silver piece of metal inbetween the frame mount and the body. I trieded to loosen it but it was on their pretty tight and I decided to just leave it alone. I only been getting the knock maybe once a day since I tightened up my sway bar...
