    Bad "AI"

Microsoft may want to invest a little more in improving their machine learning. Well at least they were able to figure out what country I live in. :p

Ram getting rid of the 5.7 in favor of an Inline 6?

Came across an interesting article in my newsfeed today. If their estimates of enough lithium to produce batteries for 6 million EVs by mid-2024 (and 15x cleaner than current lithium mining) become reality, this could be a game changer...

    OEM 22" Goodyears Road Feel

You're being too kind with your description. :) With a little bit of water on the road, when trying to make a right turn from a stop to merge into traffic you need to give yourself way more time than should be needed to make sure they grip. Goodyear should be ashamed of themselves for these tires.

Broke truck...door panel, rattles, noise driving, tires shot after 39K. Lemon of a truck. Need to talk to RAM

Unless there is visible damage to your truck, none of the issues you are suffering through would affect the trade-in value, your best option could very well to take advantage of the current insane trade-in values and jump to another vehicle.

TSB #24-001-20 A/C Fix. Has anyone had it done yet? Plus are you happy with the results?

Interesting to know, but to an average person that would raise even more questions. A conspiracy theorist would say they intentionally set the thresholds high so pretty much anything would pass. 🙃 :) 🙃 Thanks for enlightening me.

TSB #24-001-20 A/C Fix. Has anyone had it done yet? Plus are you happy with the results?

If you're referring to the temp table in the diagnostic manual, the problem is that those measurements were most likely taken in a DT with a faulty HVAC housing design, which would invalidate them. I can attest that AC performance is night & day different after the TSB was performed on my truck.

TSB #24-001-20 A/C Fix. Has anyone had it done yet? Plus are you happy with the results?

According to the manual one of the other members posted on a different thread on this site, this is how to test it properly. Operate the HVAC system under the following conditions. • Engine at 1,000 rpm at operating temperature • Door and windows closed • Transmission in PARK or NEUTRAL with...

    Making Me CRAZY...

When I sold my 2011 Durango to a local dealer, I wanted to see what they'd resell it for. It never did make it to market.

TSB #24-001-20 A/C Fix. Has anyone had it done yet? Plus are you happy with the results?

I've been either extremely lucky or this has to be an American dealership thing. Regardless of brand I have never experienced this with any of the dealerships I've dealt with including the really crappy/incompetent ones.

TSB #24-001-20 A/C Fix. Has anyone had it done yet? Plus are you happy with the results?

Personally, I'm happy I went with the TSB. In my mind it's a significant design flaw and Ram needs to fix it properly. From what I've read of the hack, since it works by cutting off the hot water from entering the heater core, if you want to adjust the temp you need to pop the hood and adjust...

    Making Me CRAZY...

If it wasn't for the anemic towing, my Durango would still be on my driveway. Loved everything about it. Wife drives a 2015 Cherokee and she loves it. So far (knock on wood) all it's been has been basic maintenance plus brakes & tires.

TSB #24-001-20 A/C Fix. Has anyone had it done yet? Plus are you happy with the results?

So I dropped my baby off on Tues. and let them know that I'm in no rush, I'd rather they take their time with it. Just picked it up now and there is a definite improvement. Before temps were 51/43 and a quick check now shows 45/43 while outside it's 83. Definitely not the best performing AC I've...

    long term ownership 10+ years

With the exception of a couple of vehicles when I was younger and driving 35k+ miles a year, I usually get about 10 or 11 years out of a vehicle before I get the itch for something new.

How to tell if wheels have TPMS?

Personally, instead of trying to figure it out I would just figure out what it would cost to purchase a set of OEM sensors and have them installed and then knock that off what you would have offered them. Worst case you're actually buying the sensor, otherwise you got a really nice set of rims &...

    Uconnect Experience Feedback

It was a barely usable when I had it as a trial, but I don't miss it. Sorry, it is nowhere near worth the $460 CAD for a full package. Especially based on how often I'd use it. Plus, as a Canadian I have a sneaky suspicion that there are features/functions that are missing as well.

    Help with Used Dealer Tricks

Not sure what the OP's credit rating is but that may be why they're looking at used instead of new. From the bit of information the OP shared, I would be walking away because it doesn't look like a good deal but right now it is definitely a sellers market. Hopefully the OP can get his deposit...

    Tonneau Cover Replacement (recommendations needed)

I have a Bakflip MX4 installed on mine, which works well to keep the critters out when camping. It isn't lockable, but thieves aren't really going to invest any time and risk making noise unless they know there's a prize under the cover.
