How did they deem this a you problem at 1k miles?

A module isn't happy, the vehicle has a module not communicating, not programmed or offline.

Lift the pass rear seat and you can see the module and wiring tag.

Look under pass rear seat behind the back cover. Not hard to see. There is a tag with a part #. We pull the harness out and look to make sure wires are there. They all have had them so far. I can take a picture of the harness tomorrow.

The kit is hard to get, the part numbers I provided is what we have used on trucks w/ 12" radios. If you see above I posted part #68601443AA, is the wiring harness behind the seat that is in the truck. If you have that harness, then all you need is the 2 parts I listed.

You need part #68569520AB(trailer tow module) and then the dash switch 68618899AA. Once installed the dealer can program.

That is caused by an inexperienced tech or one that doesn't care. There are ways to mount tires without scratching the rim, especially with a rim clamp style tire changer.

The fix is available for 23-24 only, no other years as of this am.

you can PM me your vin and I can see if they added the build/sales code. You would still need to go there to get is updated, you paid for it.

There are MANY more recalls from Stellantis that don't have a fix yet. This one is nothing compared to the ones that can cause the vehicles to start on fire. Not sure if you are here experiencing the issue or just being a negative person in general.

Where are you tapped into? Your meter can help diag a communication fault, it works best for hard, constant bus drop outs/failures.
