I would also look at RollnLoc, I have had 3 retrax pro's. Loved the first 2 and had a lot of problems with the last one leaking between the slats. I purchased directly from Retrax and they said there was nothing they could do. I tried rollnloc and really like it. Pretty much water tight...

Roll N Loc has the best customer service hands down. I broke a part and called them to order replacement and they sent it out no charge. I might sell mine and get the E version. Tom

I have their standard cover and LOVE it. The thing I like about their electric cover is it has a bypass where you can open it manually. Some of the others don't. Tom

Initially after it rebooted it showed a map with no error but no roads on it. Then the next time it rebooted it showed the pic below.

Im guessing it doesn't support 23's yet. I think my initial problem was I used a 16GB usb drive, That isn't big enough, should have been 32GB. It probably corrupted something as I tried resetting everything to factory default. Still no luck. I guess I will have to wait on my dealer, I can't get...

I think that is for UC4. It doesn't allow any selection newer that 2021. Tom

I don't think mine is up to date. I think the version was 25.48. When I went to HERE, it doesn't ask me screen size. It just says Ram->Light Duty-> Uconnect 5. Thanks Tom

So I downloaded map updates and installed them, it said installation was successful. Re-power and it says no maps found. Tried downloading again and it says updating and then bails out. When down loading the files I selected Ram -> Light Duty and it came up with a total of 9 files. I assume...

I will check my version, I know it is lower that 26.17. I am wanting to drag my surround cam icon down to the bottom. When I first got the truck it waa down their and at some point it went away and was replaced by the comfort icon. Tom

On UC5 can you change icons on the bottom favorites bar, the one with the home button ? On UC4 I could press and hold any of the icons and drag them to the bottom bar. On UC5 it won't let me. Any help? Tom
