i had key fob interference when i put in a new red LED for the high mount brake light. Found a new LED that said it doesnt cause radio interference and it works fine now. Just another thing to check

Are there LEDs close to your garage door opener, sometimes those can cause radio interference with garage door remotes
you can manually turn off the cargo lights before starting to help isolate which ones are causing the issues. If you turned them off and then still having starting problems (have to push brake to start) then its the brake light
