I realize this is an old post, I had almost verbatim happen to my truck last weekend - involving a Napa auto parts pole; made me sick, only saw bumper first then tailgate at another stop, I’m looking at options now and it’s the tailgate that’s the pricey one.

I’ve had an ongoing issue with leaking into my interior ceiling of my ‘19 ram Laramie 4x4 crew cab - it’s been in before and had the “fix” apparently for the 3rd brake light. They replaced the headliner, and now I see it’s at it again. WHAT THE HECK CAN I DO TO GET THIS FIXED CORRECTLY?

They have parts on back order for the rear brakes; but I’m pretty sure the noise I’m hearing is from the front end and not the rear brakes - doesn’t even sound like a brake issue, more like front axle.

I have an appt on Saturday, made sure to take video that captures the sound as well. It might be a brake/caliper not releasing.

What ended up being the culprit? I also have this noise in reverse on cold starts, not brakes as they have been replaced, almost sounds like front axle - it is 4X4
