Shudder/shake from rear end at very slow speeds, typically while turning.

Hi all,

I apologize for the frustration on this concern. We would be more than willing to ensure that your experiences are formally documented and that you have the additional support of a customer care specialist who can work alongside both you and your dealer while in service.

We are always a private message away.

I have a 2021 Ram 2500 Bighorn 6.7 with the same issues. It just started and I have 138k on the truck. What has everyone else tried. We all know dealers don’t anything.

Mine is currently in for exact same issue! Dealer tried to tell me it's "brake moan" and sell me a $400 kit. I keep trying to get him to see these threads, that it is a KNOWN issue. But just says they can't look at anything unless they can duplicate the problem when THEY drive it.
Extremely frustrsted, with only 33k miles, and I feel like they just want to get me past the 36k, so b2b warranty won't cover

2025 and my 2022 1500 with limited slip doing the same thing…. Dealer did fluid swap, no fix. I did fluid swap, no fix. 39,000 miles. Just sharing.

Hi there, when was your vehicle last at the dealer regarding this concern? Feel free to send our team a private message to discuss further.

Sent you a pm. Look forward to your reply.

My professor who owns a shop mentioned Rams eat axles like crazy. Says he sees them in his shop quite frequently with that repair.
That was his only gripe with Ram trucks.
Perhaps this could be your issue?

I'd be wary of that "professor"

What fluid did you use? That's more than likely caused by the LS diff not allowing the inside wheel to rotate at a different speed than the outer
