Neither from the looks of it. More like a satin finish (or semi-gloss).

They are actually matte black face with a black gloss lip.

Did you have any issues with the fitting?

I’m looking in buying a set 20x9 +1 offset I will be running them on my stock 275 55’s but will later upgrade to 275 60’s

Will that work? I have no level/lift and it’s 2wd

No issues I wouldn't think. Mine is 4x4 but clearance has not been a problem when out of entry/exit mode. Love the look of the rims and tires and wouldn't go back to stock. Tires are awesome with no noticeable difference in noise.
