OEM painted front bumper fitment

Has anyone had any problems with fitment on the OEM front bumper replacements? I started dechroming, so I decided to go with the front bumper first. I bought a Oem bumper from a RAM dealership. Brought it to get painted and paid the painter to install as well. The passenger side fog light doesn’t line up with the hole. Across the top, mainly on both sides it hangs low enough for me to put my fingers in and touch the rubber. I can see black below the grill. I took it back and they are saying they will take jacks to it to try to fit it better. It seems crazy how far it is off though. Could they have put the mount on incorrectly?

What's the part number to replace the chrome bumpers with OEM paintable bumpers (or diamond black)?
