I don’t have one for the ram, but I have bought them for a mitsubishi evolution and mustang. The ones I got were pretty good quality and I didn’t see any issues with the layment of the carbon.

It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but since I’ve spent an immense amount of time making things on my vehicles look like they weren’t peel-and-stick, the raised pieces bothered me. Other people probably didn’t notice, but I did.

I've been looking for a carbon fiber kit for the interior forever. But my issue is that I want real carbon fiber, not carbon look.

I haven't seen any real carbon fiber, market is small and the pieces would be very expensive. The raised look of the peel n stick would bother me as well. Anyone look into hydro-dip?

The pieces that I got from eBay have always been real carbon fiber. There’s a difference between making structural carbon fiber and just throwing a single sheet down and impregnating it for looks.

Hydro dipping still looks fake for carbon fiber. Personally, I think that carbon hydrodip films look the worst out of any of the film options, But I wouldn’t hesitate to do something like a solid color, wood grain or camo.

Edit: It looks like carbon fiber films have evolved some over the last 6 years since I did hydrodipping, so here’s a video to show the differences from a hydrodipper that knows what they’re doing

I have the steering wheel trim piece on mine. It interferes with the buttons on the steering wheel. Due to that, I didn't order any of the other pieces.

HSKR R/T is right, the the trim around the steering wheel does interfere with the buttons. Mine just them made them a little stiffer to press. The bottom portion of the steering wheels looks amazing, but mine is not cut to the correct size. If you look real close to the picture where the stitching of the steering wheel is, then you will see what I mean. The think the best fitting piece was the air vents and the center console. The other piece for the door handle only fits if you don't have the memory buttons there, so be careful.

I couldn't see any way the bottom portion was going to work on my steering wheel, so I never installed it. Didn't want the double-sided tape on the leather itself. And on mine, if you push the right arrow on right side, it sticks down and you have to push the left button to pop it back. You don't get the solid feedback "detent" on any of the buttons now.
