Tonneau Cover that works with cargo rails?

Hey, I’m looking at installing a tonneau cover for my truck (2019 1500 Short Bed). Curious if anyone has any experience with them? I attached a picture of the cargo rails that came with my truck and don’t know if they’ll get in the way.

Undercover Armor Flex on mine with rails. Lots should fit as well.

The mounting rails for the bed cover mounts to the bed rail itself so there should be plenty of room

I have a roughcountry hard cover and it fits. The locking handles hit the rail so I sawed them off an inch or so to prevent them from possibly coming loose.

I have this. Will work with cargo rails and is very low profile and nice for $200.
