I agree. If Ram's interior was in both trucks, I think I'd opt for the GM body.

Now, with that said, Ram's body is WAY better than GM's interior! So Ram wins everytime.

I agree, the Silverado is a very good looking truck. I looked at them seriously when I was shopping last month but the ride and interior was so much better in the Ram.

I really like the exterior styling of the RST Silverados but they really messed up with the interior. The Ram’s is so much better in my opinion. My brother has a 2018 Silverado and the interior feels like a work truck. This is the RST I would’ve gotten.

In the right trims I agree. It has really grown on me. But the rest of it, no thanks.

I'm sure everyone thinks when I bought my 2020 1500 it was just the default choice, but I actually considered and test drove the 2020 F150 Limited and 2020 GMC Sierra AT4 before I bought my Ram.

The Sierra AT4 I think is the best looking of the GM trucks, I will say after driving the F150 as well that I found the GM interior to be better overall, although not even close to the Ram interior. I like the video feed rear view mirror and heads up display on the GM though. The 6.2 didn't really impress me that much and I think gets a bit overhyped, the truck rode ok but not great.

The F150 is really showing its age, even though I test drove a fully-loaded Limited the interior felt very very cheap, ergonomics are fine, but all the controls feel dated. Screen feels extremely small especially with the 360-degree view on. The 450 horse 3.5 from the Raptor felt really strong and I preferred it to the GM 6.2.

Ram was the best out of the three in my opinion, best interior, nice exterior, nice ride, quality materials and ergonomics. I'm very happy with my truck but will say the GMs have grown on me. IMG-3391.jpg IMG-3390.jpg

I just traded a 2019 RST I had for 11 months on a 2020 Laramie. Traded a 17 Ram 1500 Laramie in on the RST and quickly came to regret that decision.

The Ram seats feel firmer and larger. The chevy seats (cloth) felt soft and flimsy. I felt like I would've worn them out quickly. I test drove a Bighorn with cloth seats and the Ram cloth seats felt better and seemed to be made more durably.

The ride of the Ram makes the Chevy feel like a brick on wheels.

The Uconnect is way better than what Chevy uses.

The 8 speed trans on the Ram was smoother than the Chevy 8 speed and there is no comparison between the hemi and the 5.3.

Even the wiper switch/turn signal stalk on the Chevy felt cheap and I seriously thought it'd break one day.

I couldn't get out of the Chevy fast enough. I've never considered myself to be brand loyal. I've owned Nissan, Chevy, and Dodge/Ram trucks. Liked them all except this latest Chevy. 20200413_200121.jpg 14843.jpeg 12186-1.jpg

Not a fan of the looks of the new GM trucks.

The seats are small and uncomfortable. The interior is okay - but too "busy."

The 5.3 is a dog.

I considered a Silverado for my recent truck purchase, but as I dug into the details in my research, I found the Ram had better interior, suspension and technology. Ram was an easy choice for me.

Pretty ugly in my opinion, but the real difference is in the ride quality. The GMC/Chevy just aren't a close match in that area. Also the interiors look 10 years old.

I thought the a Titan was the ugliest full size (I had a 1st gen)until the new Chevy/GMC 1500s came out. Whoof.
My Titan was a 1st gen and I actually liked the way it looked. Ran good and sounded good from the factory but was thirsty. The new Titans are fugly! 1214121532.jpg
