Hey guys,

Any having issues with their tailpipes not matching in terms of orientation?

Mine were totally misaligned from the factory, which I was able to correct. But my passenger tip sticks out way more than the drivers side. To the point that the passenger pipe is protruding from the bumper and the drivers side is recessed. I haven't found a way to fix this. Is it just me?

your driver side appears to be to short. passenger looks to be about right. either way I'd have them look at it.

Crawl under the truck and adjust one of them. They are just tips.

^^^this. They are tips held on by 13mm bolts. Loosen the bolts on the clamps which are just underneath and you can raise the tips higher/lower and bring them out or have them tucked in...total personal preference. Just don’t raise the tips too high, leave two fingers of space between the tip and bumper because of heat and rattle.

you should be able to move it out some when loosened. just take a rubber mallet or similar and persade it out some. might have to try and twist it at the same time.

you can also use a propane torch and heat the area on the tip section and it might loosen it up for you.

That is an issue. Mine aren't IN-&-OUT but UP-&-DOWN .. We've seen a lot like mine at work.

My drivers side sticks out a bit more than the pass side. I also aligned them closer to the bumper.

I loosened the clamp and pushed it in, holding pressure while tightening the clamp, its not 100% but its much better than it was

Not sure I follow how anyone has adjusted in and out. The clamp will pull the pipe back in as it's a ball flange. You may be able to do tiny adjustments, I need an inch... lol

If you pull on the pipe the rubber hangar might give you a little rotation. Maybe just enough. Not sure because when I changed my exhaust I put on different hangars. I forget how much slack the oem ones have.
