Let’s not derail this thread, eh? Following the 5100 discussion not tires thank you.

Edit: not trying to call anyone out. All questions are good questions! Just asking to keep it on topic as these threads can get away and this is a good one!
Fair enough. Just trying to decide if I want to just for the 5100’s and an aggressive slightly larger tire, or if I want to go full on with the ORP and rear spacers. Do we know how long the travel will be on the rear 5100’s? Can I use them with rear ORP and a spacer back there?

0-1" over stock for the rears is what Bilstein shows on them. So would be one or the other, not both, and not sure why you would want that much rear lift anyway, you aren't going to get that much from the front to make use of that much extra lift in rear. I have 3.5" lift in front and only needed about 3/4"-1" rear lift (which I just put a bit more air in my air bags back there to level out).

The Readylift 3.5” SST Lift shows that it raises the front 3.5” and the rear 2” though.

I don’t want mine leveled. I like a bit of rake, looks better and tows better when under a load. I want to be able to clear a 275/65/20 or 285/60/20 with room to spare up front. Not a fan of the stuffed look. So I’m thinking 2.5-3” front, 1” rear.

Anybody have pics of ORP with Bilsteins? If so, can you post along with other info: Did you also replace UCAs? ReadyLift or Mopar? Did you use setting #5 on Bilsteins? How's the ride quality? Inquiring minds would like to know!

I have the north edition which has the 1 inch factory lift. I did the bills set at the 5th setting which is max on my set up along with the mopar lift uppers. I still have about half inch of rake. Still on stock tire but going to 275 65r 20 next week. First pic is stock 2nd with bills

Looks great, exactly what I have in mind! Thanks for sharing the pics. The 275/65r20s will fill in those wells nicely.

What was the actual lift attained at position 5? I am going to install the Bils in the future but, would like to keep about an inch of rake.

Thanks

Please post pictures when you get the new tires installed. Considering the same size and trying to decide whether I want to just do 2" level or add ORP springs for a 1" lift in the rear and level to that.

Leveled with B8 5100. Ride is outstanding. So far very happy.

2019 ram 1500 Laramie Sport with Offroad package. Installed Bilstein 5100’s yesterday on 5th setting. Talked to the Mechanic and he and I both feel the UCA angle is fine. 1/2” rake back to front which I like because I tow and haul things often. Still on stock tires but will replace at some point with new rims and 305/55r20 Toyo tires.
