I have a 2020 bighorn 1500 night edition with 20" wheels on it. Was wanting to put 18" wheels on it for the winter but I'm not sure they will clear the brake caliper.

Was looking at the vision rockers 18" so I can put some decent truck tires on for winter , leaning towards the nitto ridge grapplers

If for winter only, you could probably pick up some factory take offs on Craigslist or similar.
