Trying to decide what tires to run. Seems like most have 35x12.5R22 but I want to see if 285/55R22 is a size worth considering. I’m going to be running a Mopar 2” lift, so bonus points to those who have that combo.

Any rubbing at all in any height??
How’s it ride?
I’m going with that size, just trying to decide Ridge Grapplers or G2’s.

I’ve had Ridges before and loved them. But that was on a one ton. Lol.

Did you noticed power loss from the weight difference?
Gears and transmission seem to be shifting ok?
Did you recalibrate speedometer?

No more questions. Promise!! Lol

also watching the answers...hahaha. I have a laramie with 22's and no air, don't really want to screw with the ride quality now, but I want a little more meat on the tires. I am not doing any leveling either

I think they’re a good choice, just not a lot of people are running them. I love the look of the updated Mopar 2” kit with 35x12.5s but I also like a bit more opening in the wheel wells.

I'm definitely interested in this too. Thanks in advance.
Wil P, how did your tires work out, any issues? I’m looking to order some as well, but want to make sure there are no fit issues. Planning on a leveling kit as well as the tires, so I’m hoping they clear.

So I pulled the trigger on them. 2” Mopar lift with additional 1/2” Motofab spacers up front. Installed the Hellwig rear sway bar while I was at it. Absolutely love the look and ride of the truck, more than when I first got it. Feels how I think a “luxury” truck should ride.

Sorry, are the 1/2" Motofab spacers a coil spacer for lift or wheel spacer for clearance?
Thanks!

Extra 1/2” spacer plate that sits on top of the shock assembly. Gets sandwiched between the shock mount and the perch.
