Mopar Sport Utility Bars (Part Number: 82215789) How to install?

Can anyone tell me how the Mopar Sport Utility Bars (Part Number: 82215789) are installed. From the OEM pictures it appears the End brackets utilize the bed rail cleats somehow but not sure. Can anyone provide some Close up pictures of how it’s installed? Can it be easily removed, Meaning does it require tools to be removed and installed ? How much below the bed rail does it sit? Thanks.

From the install guide here, part 5 shows that you actually remove the factory tie-down cleats before installing the assembled stanchions. The bars just ride the rails the cleats would be on. The cleats are added back later in the process.
