I am having the same problem. Found it to be the front swaybar bushings. The part number you list is for a 2002- 2005 ram 1500. The guy there says they don't have one for the 2019 ram.
I put on a screen protector. Noticed my screen was really getting scratches where I touched it most of the time. And it's only been 2 years. What's it going to look like in 5 years or longer.
Got my truck back last Thursday. And now I think the driver's side is bad. I ask them to check the driver's side while they have it in. So I wouldn't have to come back. Looks like I'm going back.
Ya I can see that happening. Or they just said that so they could bill more time to it. I tried looking to see if I could see any that was missing. I took the heat shield off I didn't notice any.
Got my truck back yesterday. Dealer said I also had 2 broken exhaust bolts. So does one have anything to do with the other? Does the manifold break the bolts or does the bolts breaking let the manifold move enough to crack it.
My truck is at the Dealership now. If this happens again I will definitely putting on headers. That sounds like the way to go so it doesn't happen again.
