Colorado the law is 4 repair attempts or 30 cumulative (not consecutive) days out of service. Call a lemon law attorney in your state.

I replaced it last night. Took about 4 hours total. OAT coolant. I used a Gates water pump (P/N 43579), put on a new Gates belt (P/N K060730) and a new Motorad 203 degree T-stat (P/N 5416203) while I was there.

I'd start with the tail light. As random as that sounds it's caused tons of random weird issues for many on this board.

You need to use AlfaOBD.

Took me 3 drive cycles (and it sat overnight). Surprised you were able to get your battery discharged down to 6.4V!!! Mine wouldn't start at 10.5V.

It happens to the Cummins guys. Don't see why it wouldn't apply to us. It's a $13 part.
