I had a similar problem but with different indicator lights on the dash. Turned out to be a loose ground wire. Limted 4x4 build date 2/25.

I placed my order today for a Limited and was also told my Tacoma did not qualify for Conquest. I am hopeful that by April FCA will realize that no trucks are selling because tax refunds are so much less this year and start to offer huge incentives/rebates.

I went to the dealer 2/6/2019 to price out a 1500 Limited and the Base Price increased from $56,595 to $56740 (+$145). Also, the 5.7L Hemi increased from $1,195 to $1,395 (+$200). The Build a Ram web site does not reflect these price increases yet.
