even if that's what they are saying it's still incorrect. the vehicle should perform within FCA's specifications. No worse, but hopefully better.
What they should be saying is they would expect the vehicle to be designed to perform equal or better than other vehicles.

You need to look at the other threads where the specifications are listed in regards to ambient temperatures. You're comparing one flavor to another when looking at your vehicle. It's like saying a Florida orange is the only correct orange because when you bite into an orange grown in California...
in fact any type of A/C is not a necessity....its a luxury. We've grown accustomed to have this luxury so we perceive it as a "necessity". Does your vehicle have an engine? That's a necessity. If you had no A/C can your vehicle still move you from point A to B? Yes? Then that's a luxury.

there's a seat reset step someone posted awhile ago I saw. Ultimately it reset the "memory" of the seat and memory setting/recall worked properly after that. Try doing a search.
That statement doesn't make sense. Like I said...I don't hear a thing concerning the fans. I did my test drive without anything playing and my wife in the back seat. She was back there to specifically listen for noises/whistles/etc. I've used the seat fans every day as VA has been in the 90's...
