Has just learned from one of our sources that the EcoDiesel will be a late availability option for the all new 2019 model year Ram 1500. Previously we were told that we wouldn’t see the EcoDiesel in the new Ram until the 2020 model year. This is good news for people waiting on the EcoDiesel with the head of the Ram division Mike Manley  stating that Ram will have the most powerful and fuel efficient diesel in the half ton segment. While we still don’t know official numbers on the EcoDiesel going into the 2019 Ram 1500 we do know that the JL Wrangler with the Ecodiesel is rated at 260hp and 442lb ft of torque.
