According to Ram Trucks Australia, who is the only Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) authorized importer and distributor of Ram Trucks for both the Australia and New Zealand markets, is now letting the Australian public to show its interest in RAM’s most luxurious offering.
According to the Ram Trucks Australia website, the importer is looking to release the 2021 Ram 1500 Limited pickup to the Australian market in early 2021. Until now, the only half-ton offering available for the Australian market was the fourth-generation Ram 1500 Classic models manufactured in Saltillo, Mexico. Those trucks then arrive in Australia as left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles and then are remanufactured to right-hand drive (RHD) models at a facility in Melbourne, Australia.
The fifth-generation 2021 Ram 1500 Limited features such amenities as a stylish exterior featuring a corrugated mesh grille, full LED Adaptive Front-Lighting System (AFS), power running boards, and the choice of chrome or blacked out highlights, the 2021 Ram 1500 Limited presents a bold appearance on or off the street. Inside, the fifth-generation Ram 1500 Limited has real wood accents, leather bucket seats, and a massive 12-inch Uconnect 4C touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.
The 2021 Ram 1500 Limited can also be equipped with an impressive 900-watt Harman Kardon® Premium Audio System with 19 speakers for audiophiles or for those who like tackling obstacles off-road the optional Active-Level™ Four Corner Air Suspension provides added ground clearance, automatic load leveling, easier egress into the cabin, and help lower the truck at speed for better aerodynamics for improved fuel economy.
